What this site is

ForMyKids.ca is a referral service owned by Elevatz Marketing Inc. We are not a life insurance company and we do not give insurance advice. Information on this site is for general information only. When you submit a request, we pass your details to Maple Bay Financial Corp, an independent Canadian life insurance agency whose advisors are licensed by the appropriate provincial insurance councils. Any advice, quote or policy comes from Maple Bay Financial and the insurer.

Rates and offers

Coverage amounts and starting prices shown on this site are examples. Your actual rate depends on your age, health, lifestyle, province, the coverage you choose and the insurer. A quote is not an offer of coverage. Final approval and premiums are set by the insurer, and coverage starts only once a policy is issued.

You agree that the details you submit are true and your own, and that you are a resident of Canada. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
